With key personnel of JV Capital Services being Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) themselves, the Company is fully aware of the needs , worries and problems faced by NRIs who want to invest in India. Our team is capable of looking after NRI clients who want peace of mind that their investments are safe and being well managed for them. We have clients in Europe, The United States of America and Africa who use our services for directly investing into the Indian Equity Market as well as their other investment needs in India. Our transparent approach is what clearly distinguishes us from others .
For those who have invested over the last several years, the returns have been very good and much better than those available in their own local markets. The Indian Growth Story is well documented and both short and longer term investors can take advantage of this by investing either in a lump sum or systematically every month.
There are many investments that can be made including Equities, Mutual Funds, Debt as well as Fixed Deposits offered by Banks. The investor has to decide what his financial goals are, his risk profile, whether the investment is for repatriation or on a non-repatriation basis and whether capital growth or income is wanted and the period of the investment . This is very critical as the options and returns will vary on these factors. Once we understand your requirements and time horizon we will guide you accordingly.
Now with the rules on repatriation very simple and flexible the average investor can remit funds back and forth with great ease. Currently USD 200,000 is allowed to taken out from any resident or NRO account with minimal paperwork per financial year.
We offer trading/investment for NRIs in the cash and futures markets on the NSE. Please see our newsletter for a sample of our stock recommendations. We can advise on how to hedge your investments and also offer products which can take advantage of falling markets. You can invest on your own or give us some discretion in building your portfolio. As brokers experienced with NRI clients we can call you to discuss your needs without any obligation.
To trade with us you have to complete a standard client agreement form for the cash and/or futures market. We also require some margin (NSE regulations) in the form of funds and/or shares. We give a trading limit of six to ten times the margins you have with us. You will be given free access to our newsletter for recommendations and market news. If you have a NRE or NRO bank account already , simply open a depository account and ask your bank for PIS approval (nominal charge by bank). You can then open your brokerage account and start trading online or on the phone.
For more information just complete the feedback form and we will contact you with more information.
If you trade from your NRO account then no tax is deducted at source and you are responsible to file a tax return and pay any taxes due then (15% on short term gains and nil on long term which is a holding period of one year). We can help with the filing and completion of tax returns as per the individuals requirements.
